​The Ancestral Birth is a full spectrum doula service assisting and supporting birthing people through an ancestral journey to a safe, healthy birth grounded in community and love. 

Founded by Krishana Davis, The Ancestral Birth is a Baltimore-based communal centered model working to ensure birthing people have the support of their loved ones - partner, family and chosen communities - in pregnancy and postpartum because labor is only the beginning. 

Pregnancy can be magical, and it can also be mentally, emotionally and physically exhausting. We’re here to help you through the process - centering your mind, body and spirit through restorative practices - and prepare you for labor and postpartum. ​

Our practice is deeply spiritual and grounded in wellness for the birthing person and baby. We are here to assist you through your pregnancy and postpartum journey.
